1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

In this terms and conditions document, "sontogel", "we", and "Platform" refer to the website and services operated under the sontogel name. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to individuals who register and use the sontogel platform. "Services" encompasses all games, financial transactions, promotions, and other facilities available on the sontogel platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

• No withdrawal fees are charged by sontogel; however, your bank or payment processor may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by sontogel are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in each individual promotional offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and periodic promotions each carry their own individual rollover requirements.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Wins derived from a cancelled bonus will also be cancelled.

7 Prohibited and Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sontogel platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

• Failure of third-party hardware or software used by the member to access the platform.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond reasonable control.

Under no circumstances shall sontogel's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Sontogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• Notices prominently displayed on the sontogel platform's main page.
• Notification emails sent to the member's registered email address.
• Updates take effect on the "Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

12 Dispute Resolution
